A small group is being formed to address
the Consulting needs of the User Segment. The staff of this
Division would primarily be Key people who understand the Customer
requirements best, both in terms of Domain & Technology.
The basic responsibilities of this Division would be:
- Interfacing with the User Segment for Application requirements across
Functional areas (i.e. irrespective of whether we have the necessary
products or not).
- Interfacing with other Solution Partners (be it Hardware, System
Software Communications, other Application Software etc.) to try to
bundle the required solutions for a particular User Profile.
- Interfacing with the Stock & Commodity Exchanges & the Regulatory
bodies.
- Helping Customers move up on the higher Technology value chain.
- Deriving new Application / product ideas as deemed fit by the User
Segment.
- Building the “ Cerebrus” brand
over a longer period of time.
