Currently the staff of this Division is supporting
Customers in four Locations. As of date all the Customer Applications
being supported are Back Office Applications (i.e. including Back Office
Trading & Back
Office Demat Operations) via three Products namely “Xcalibur”, “ Troy ” & Octagon (Commodity
Segment).
The basic responsibilities of this Division are
- Interfacing with the respective Stock & Commodity Exchanges & the
Regulatory bodies.
- Interfacing with the Customers for Application Functionality enhancement & Maintenance.
- Interfacing with the Application Development Team Head for Product
enhancement & Maintenance.
- Helping Customers move higher on the Technology platforms.
- Meeting basic Customer expectations on the existing products.
- Deriving new Application / product ideas as deemed fit the User
Segment.
- Revenue Generation from Application Maintenance & Upgrades.
