| The Commodities Back Office application called Octagon
has been in existence since August 2003. |

 Brief
of Octagon
Windows (GUI) based.
- Supports Back Office Functionality of Three (3) Commodity
Exchange’s
Functionality i.e. NMCEIL, NCDEX & MCX as of date.
- Semi-customizable as
per the customer’s requirements (Core module
would be non-customizable & areas like Reports, Queries etc. can
be in accordance with Customer needs).
- Separate Documentation / Manual available
with the application.
Based on the Business functionality, Octagon is
currently available in two versions.
- Octagon CM – For all forms
of Clearing members.
- Octagon TM – For
all types of Trading Members.
