Other than the initiating members of the Company, Cerebrus has been selectively & slowly improving upon the Numbers & the Profile of the staff members of the Company. Till date the active areas of manpower recruitment have been in the areas of Application & Customer Support across our three Key locations in India.

One of the key elements of our HRD Policies has been the intake of raw & inexperienced Manpower & then providing for the necessary inputs for the grooming & up-liftment of these staff members by internal & external Training sessions. The Costs for all these Training sessions are borne completely by the Company.

The Training's have been in the area of

  • Technology Components
  • Customer Relationship Management

As of date more than 65% of our existing Staff members (including the Promoters) have undergone such Training.
